Who is behind it

I'm Carlo Perfetto. For over twenty years I've worked inside ICF coaching credentialing, as an MCC coach, a trainer, a mentor and a supervisor of coaches.

Practice Sitting comes from what I see in the coaches I train: good coaches can still be caught out by the written exam, by its format, its timing and the fine line between two answers that both sound right. Practice that explains why an answer is right is scarce and often expensive. I wanted to make it easier to get.

No certifying body owns Practice Sitting and it has no institutional affiliation. It is a product of Leading srl STP, the professional firm through which I work with coaches, leaders and teams.

How the questions are made

Every question is original. None is recalled from a real ICF exam. They are written with the help of AI, working from ICF's public documents. Before a question is published, each passage it cites is verified, it is solved blind, and its wrong options are reviewed for quality. Questions that fail are discarded.

Are these real ICF exam questions?

No. Every question is original, written from ICF's public documents. Sharing real exam content breaks ICF's rules, and we do not accept it.

Is Practice Sitting endorsed by ICF?

No. It is an independent preparation tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by the International Coaching Federation. ICF, ACC, PCC, MCC and ACTC are used only to name the exams.

Will my score here predict my ICF result?

No tool can promise that. Scores are readiness indicators, computed on our own question bank with our own estimate of the 200–600 scale.

Which PCC-MCC exam should I practise for?

The one you are booked on. The current ICF Credentialing Exam runs until 31 March 2027, and the new PCC-MCC Exam starts on 10 November 2026. The PCC-MCC Pro includes both.

What language are the questions in?

English for now. The interface is also available in Italian. Translations of the questions will follow, one language at a time.

What happens when my 3 months end?

While Pro is active you can add 3 more months for €29 / $35, for example if your exam date moves. Otherwise your account returns to the free plan, and your history is kept.

How do refunds work?
